1/2 cup sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 egg beaten
1 3 .5 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
8 oz carton whipped topping
4 bananas sliced
Combine sugar, pecans and egg. Spread on lined greased cookie sheet Bake for 15 minutes or until brown; Cool and Crumble. Mix pudding mix, sour cream and milk. Fold in whipped topping. Place half of pecan mix in a 9x13 inch dish and top with sliced bananas. Pour pudding mix over bananas and top with remaining pecan mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
