Honey Bun Cake
MMMM.....This is one of my favorites.
1pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix (without pudding)
3/4 cup sugar
2 T of cocoa
1/2 cup of milk
2 T butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1st three ingredients into a bowl. Add milk, butter, and vanilla stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 7x11 baking pan. Combine brown sugar and cocoa, sprinkle over batter. Carefully pour boiling water over top (DO NOT STIR). Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes. Be careful with this one. This is not on the Dr. Atkins list!
